2024 CSCA Annual General Meeting
The 2024 Canadian Society of Collection Agencies Annual General Meeting and Conference is being held at the Niagara Fallsview Hilton on September 12-13, 2024. The AGM registration form is available to download here.
CSCA Website Update – Compliance Corner
The Canadian Society of Collection Agencies has added a new Compliance Corner section to the website for registered members. CSCA has compiled a compliance reference that compares rules and regulations for each Canadian province and territory. CSCA members need to sign in to the website on https://thecsca.com/members/ in order to access this members-only resource.
Bill C-27:
Bill C-27 proposes to reform federal private-sector privacy law and introduce new legislation to regulate the design, development, and use of artificial intelligence (AI) systems. This will be a disussion topic at the 2024 CSCA Annual General Meeting.
